Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or unexpected fulfillment delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes:

Estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit time, is usually 10–23 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders to Canada

If any shipping fees apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow several business days for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take longer depending on the carrier.

Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if you purchase more than one item. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different fulfillment partners or locations. If your items arrive separately, you will not be charged extra shipping fees.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

CozyMellow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building manager, front desk, mailbox, parcel locker, or local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will assist you with the next steps.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees may apply depending on your country, province, state, or local regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, taxes, or import fees.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Canada

We may not be able to ship to certain remote locations, PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted regions. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a shipping restriction, we will contact you and issue a refund if necessary.
